Cousin Liam

Cousin Liam came to visit Kashe the day after he got home from the hospital. We tried to take pictures of the two of them together and for some reason Liam really needed to suck on Kashe's head. We all got a good laugh out of it but Kashe wasn't that thrilled with him. It won't be long before Kashe will be bigger than Liam and can take care of himself!! Watch out Liam!

I'm 1 week old today. I weigh 8 pounds 1 ounce.

39 WEEKS

We have two more days until our due date and this baby is not acting like he wants to come out anytime soon! He is however getting really big as you can see from this picture so hopefully he will decide he wants to come out sooner than later. Ben and I go on a walk everynight after work to try and encourage him to come on out but that doesn't seem to do much either. My sister Amber thinks that taking long walks, eating spicy foods, (and a couple other things that are not G rated), help babies to come but it hasn't quite worked for us:)

If I'm being honest it has been a blessing that he didn't come early. I was able to finish up alot of my work earlier this week and finish up some projects around my house that I was afraid I was not going to get to. But those things are done now and even though I can't complain too much since I feel really good, we are REALLY excited to meet this baby so anytime would be GREAT!

GOOD JOB JORDO

My little brother Jordan graduated over Memorial Day weekend. Ben and I were talking about our wedding the other night and we can't believe how little Jordan was at our wedding! Now he is all grown up. He had High School Graduation on Saturday and Seminary Graduation on Sunday. GOOD JOB JORDAN. We are Proud of you.

BABY SHOWER

My sisters, sister-in-laws and my BFF Shalee had a baby shower for me in April. We had a great turnout and so many of my friends and family were able to come. We received alot of really great gifts. Before the shower we had a crib and a dresser and a cute outfit that Ben picked out for the baby, so there was ALOT of things we were missing. After the shower we felt like we were alot more prepared!

This baby got alot of great gifts but here are two of my favorites. My Grandma Carroll made this quilt for him......................

..............an my Grandma Wickham made this one! I love that this baby will have these gifts from these two special ladies.
